Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Hygiene restrictions
For hygiene reasons, opened or used pacifiers and soothers cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or not as described.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
